No. Aski operates in read-only mode by architectural design. It cannot create, modify, or delete records, even if the AI model tried to. Your database integrity is guaranteed.
Aski is compatible with Odoo 8 to Odoo 19, in all variants: Community, Enterprise, OCA and Odoo.sh (SaaS). Configure your connection with the URL, database, user, and API Key (or password if your instance is older than Odoo 14).
Yes. Your Odoo API Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being saved in our database. They are only temporarily decrypted when we need to make a query to your Odoo. No one on the Aski team can read your credentials.
No. Your queries and Odoo data are never used to train models. We process each query with Anthropic Claude under their no-training policy. Anthropic retains content for up to 30 days for abuse detection only.

From the app: Settings → "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and removes your chat history, Odoo credentials, and learned vocabulary. Billing history is kept for 5 years for tax compliance in Peru (SUNAT), with no personally identifying data.
