In under a minute, what Aski answers about your Odoo.
No reports, no impossible menus, no waiting on the analyst. Just ask and get the figure, the KPI and the action. Or don't ask: let Aski tell you when a figure goes off the usual, email you the report at the time you set, and keep the figures on your home screen.
More than querying your data: Aski computes the metrics you'd ask an analyst for — conversion per rep, days sales outstanding (DSO), delinquency, weighted pipeline, overdue vs. current receivables and month-over-month growth. Without building a single report.
Deep Mode doesn't stop at the number: it spots hidden opportunities and at-risk customers, and hands you prioritized recommendations (high, medium, low) with the concrete action. Not just what's happening — what to do first.
Every number is verified against your ERP — not invented. It breaks down by currency (never mixes them), respects your timezone, and if something can't be answered with certainty, it tells you. It doesn't hallucinate.
Ask from wherever you are — in a meeting, in the car or away from the office. Same account and same credits in the app, at app.aski.dev and inside your own Odoo. No firing up the laptop.
Ask your ERP over WhatsApp and get your alerts right there, without opening any app. We are setting up the channel's own number — we will tell you the day it opens.
Aski reads your Odoo live and understands your tailored fields and modules, not just the standard ones. Works the same on Community, Enterprise, OCA and Odoo.sh, versions 14 to 19 — nothing to install.
Aski queries your data; it never creates, edits or deletes anything in your Odoo. Acting is optional, only on Enterprise Plus and Dedicated, and always with your confirmation record by record. And it never sees more than the user you connect it with.
Ask "which customers bought in January but not February?" and Aski cross-references it for you: churn, retention and who never bought — no Excel exports.
Hands busy or on the move? Dictate your question and Aski transcribes and answers it — in English or Spanish, no typing.
Ask in English or Spanish like you'd talk to a colleague. Aski understands your local slang and learns your vocabulary over time.
Not ready to connect yours? Try Aski with a sample Odoo in one tap. Connect yours whenever you're ready.
Turn any answer into a clean report and share it with your team in one tap.
Manage multiple Odoo instances from a single account. Switch between clients or companies with one tap.
Dates and times in your local time, not UTC. "This week" or "last month" are computed exactly for your country.
It processes thousands of records for a representative analysis, not a tiny sample; and if a table is huge, it asks you to narrow down instead of guessing.
Aski comes to you. The morning summary is included with Basic; the end-of-day close, watchers that speak up only when a figure crosses the threshold you set, action reminders and reports emailed to whoever you choose, from Pro.
Trends and rankings are drawn right next to the figure, and the chart opens full screen when you want a closer look. Nothing to export into another tool.
Every figure comes with the exact query that produced it, in plain language. And if you want to see where it comes from, "view the detail" opens the records behind it, one by one.
Download any answer as an .xlsx spreadsheet —with the field names from your own ERP, not the technical ones— or email it with the file already attached.
A read-only link for someone with no account: they see that answer and nothing else, and never reach your ERP. It expires on its own, and you can cut it instantly from Settings.
A home screen widget on your phone with up to four figures from the company you pick, kept current through the day. Available on every plan.
If it lives inside your network with no public address, there is an end-to-end encrypted tunnel connection: Aski reaches it without you having to expose your server.
Your ERP already has the numbers. What was missing was the judgment. Ask it "which invoices can I collect fastest?" and you won't get a flat list: Aski separates the quick-wins from the critical ones, and tells you where to begin.
Small amounts and invoices still within terms: the ones you can close today. Aski groups them so you tackle the easy wins first.
Large amounts, long overdue: what weighs most on your cash flow. Aski sets them apart so none slip through.
Aski ranks by impact and tells you what to tackle first. From data to action, without you having to think it through.
Odoo's native AI arrived with version 19, and only in the Enterprise edition. Aski also works on the versions and editions that are left out.
Because ChatGPT can’t connect to your Odoo: it can explain what DSO means, but it doesn’t know yours. Aski reads it — that’s why it answers with real data.
Let's be fair: Odoo 19's AI is good and its standard agent does not modify the database either — although Odoo
lets you configure agents with tools that do perform actions (creating a lead, for example), whereas in Aski
acting is optional, switched on separately and always goes through your confirmation. The underlying difference is not who reasons better — it is who it reaches. If you are already on Odoo 19
Enterprise, you can use both and they don't get in each other's way. If you are on Odoo 14 to 18, or on
Community or OCA, Aski is the one you can use today: no version migration and nothing to install.

Ask your Odoo
Not a generic dashboard: it answers what you need for your role — and tells you what to do.
Conversion rate per rep, probability-weighted pipeline and sales by channel — instantly, just by asking in natural language.

Aski diagnoses your business and delivers prioritized recommendations (high, medium, low) with the concrete action. No report does that.

What you're owed (per currency, never mixed), your DSO in days, invoiced vs collected and % of invoices paid — without opening a single report.

Most profitable product by margin, month-over-month growth, sales vs purchases and consolidated by company — the full picture, in seconds.

Add your people as seats on your account: each of them asks on their own, without signing up separately and without you handing out your password.
Your sales rep asks with their Odoo or SAP user, so they only see what they would already see logging in there. Your ERP still rules the permissions: Aski neither bypasses nor widens them.
You decide how many credits they can spend per month and what they can do, and you change it whenever you want. If someone goes over, it stops them — not the whole account.
Everyone spends from the same credit pool, and each seat adds 500 a month to it. One account, one charge, no juggling separate subscriptions.
You send the invite and they get in from the app or the web with their own email. You can take the seat back whenever you want, and it frees up for someone else.
Seats start on the Pro plan (up to 4). Enterprise includes 1 and goes up to 15; Enterprise Plus includes 3 with no cap.

Connecting your ERP to Aski is really easy — whether it's Odoo, SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One: nothing to install, no development, in just a few minutes. Below we show the step-by-step with Odoo (also built into the app from version 0.5.43, which guides you without leaving the flow). Using SAP? It's just as simple — connect it here → and we'll guide you.
Optional shortcut for Odoo
Rather not type anything? There's a free, optional module in the Odoo store: install it, generate a QR code and scan it with the app — one-step connection. Connecting manually or with the in-app guide works just as well.
View the module on Odoo Apps →Work with Odoo every day? See all my Odoo apps — KPI cockpits, AI invoice & sales capture, alerts and more (Community & Enterprise, v16-19).
4 defense layers against SQL injection, prompt injection, and credential leaks.
Your Odoo API Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, the same standard banks use.
Aski does not modify records. Writing to the ERP is only possible on the higher plans —Enterprise Plus, SAP and Dedicated—, with your explicit confirmation and a trace of every action it runs.
SQL injection and prompt injection patterns are detected before reaching the AI model. Full audit trail.
All connections (app ↔ server, server ↔ Odoo) travel encrypted. No exceptions.

Aski isn't one more user on your ERP. Your ERP stores the numbers; Aski is the one who reads them and analyzes them for you: what they mean, what's slipping out of control and where to start — at any hour, without waiting for someone to have the time to look.
Your ERP license is billed per user and gives you somewhere to record everything: invoices, orders, stock. What it doesn't tell you is whether you made money this month, who has owed you for 90 days, or which product stopped moving. Two different line items: one is the filing cabinet; the other is the person who opens it, reads it, draws the conclusion and tells you what to do with it.
Right now you request the report and wait: on your accountant, on IT, on the analyst. By the time it lands you were already asking something else. Aski answers in seconds — at 11pm or on a Sunday — and you never have to explain the context twice.
The same account and the same credits in the phone app, at app.aski.dev and inside your own Odoo. It isn't one more tool to open and learn: it's already where you work.
That's the Pro plan: US$44.99 a month with ~233 queries included. Twenty minutes of a CPA's time costs more than a full month of Aski — and those twenty minutes end; Aski is still there for the other 232 answers.
It doesn't need a home run to pay for itself either: helping you collect one overdue invoice sooner, or spot a product you're selling below cost, already covers the whole year.
Let's be fair: Aski does not replace your accountant, your analyst or your IT team. It doesn't sign filings,
it doesn't close your books and it doesn't know your business the way they do. What it does is take the routine
questions off their plate — and off yours: the twenty times a month someone needs to know how much was sold, who
owes money, or which stock isn't moving. Those stop costing a person's time, and human judgement stays free for
what actually needs it.
Market references, checked in July 2026: US CPAs bill roughly
US$150–450 per hour,
and ongoing bookkeeping for a small business runs
US$400–800 a month;
in Spain, a firm charges
€40–150 per hour
for one-off work. These are orders of magnitude for comparison, not quotes: they vary widely by country, firm and
volume. Aski's prices are in US dollars; Google Play converts them to your local currency.
For when your operation no longer fits a catalogue plan. The contract is built around you: credits, limits and support sized to your real volume, not to the nearest plan.
From 60,000 credits a month — around 4,000 queries — and 400 a day. Need more? More is agreed: the number comes from your operation, not from a table.
Credits, daily cap and billing period are agreed once and put in writing. No surprises mid-month, and no jumping plans every time you grow.
Unlimited connections: every entity, branch or Odoo instance you run, under a single account and a single contract.
You talk to the person who builds Aski, not to a form. And at this volume, each answer costs you less than half what it does on Pro.
It isn't bought from the app or the store: it's arranged with sales and billed on the web. If you're not at this volume yet, Enterprise Plus is the step below and you can move up whenever you need to.
Yes! Open app.aski.dev in any browser, on your phone or computer, with the same account and the same credits — nothing to install.
Not on the App Store yet — but you don’t need one to use Aski on your iPhone or iPad. Open app.aski.dev in Safari and you get the full app: same chat, same connections, same credits.
Want it as an icon on your home screen? Open app.aski.dev in Safari, tap Share (the square with the arrow) and choose “Add to Home Screen”. It opens full-screen, just like an installed app.
By default, no. Aski is read-only on Basic, Pro and Enterprise: it cannot create, modify or delete records, not even if the AI model tried to. Acting on your Odoo —sending a payment reminder, scheduling a follow-up, approving a document— exists only on Enterprise Plus and Dedicated, and always the same way: Aski shows you what it is about to do and on which record, waits for your confirmation, and leaves a trace of what it ran.
Aski is compatible with Odoo 14 to Odoo 19, in all variants: Community, Enterprise, OCA and Odoo.sh (SaaS). Configure your connection with the URL, database, user, and API Key.
It depends where you stand. Odoo's native AI exists from version 19 onwards and only in the Enterprise edition — as confirmed by its official documentation and the official Odoo forum. If your instance is 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18, or it runs Community or OCA, that AI is not available to you — and migrating versions is a project with cost and time attached, not a button.
Aski works today on Odoo 14 to 19 and on any edition, with no migration and nothing to install. You also ask from your phone or the web (not only inside Odoo), across several instances with a single account, and over SAP too. And if you are already on Odoo 19 Enterprise, you can use both: they don't compete.
Because you're not buying the same thing. Your ERP license is billed per user and gives you somewhere to record the information: invoices, orders, stock. Aski isn't one more user — it's the one who reads and analyzes all of it and tells you in seconds what it means and where to start. It's the difference between paying for the filing cabinet and paying the person who goes through it for you.
Set against what that answer costs you today — an analyst on payroll, an hour of outside consulting, a BI project — Aski is the cheap option: less than US$0.20 per answer on the Pro plan, with nobody to hire and no waiting for someone to have time. We break it down in “Expensive compared to what?”.
On top of your monthly credits, every plan has a maximum number of queries per day: 5 on Basic, 30 on Pro, 80 on Enterprise and 200 on Enterprise Plus. It's there so a single intense day can't burn the whole month's balance.
The counter resets every midnight (Peru time, UTC-5). If one day falls short, a credit pack also extends that same day's cap, or you can move up a plan whenever you want. SAP plans cap at 100 per day on Business One and 150 on S/4HANA; on tailored plans —Odoo Dedicated and SAP Dedicated, from 400 and 500 per day— the cap is agreed around your operation.
Yes. Your Odoo API Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being saved in our database. They are only decrypted at the moment of running your query. They are never shown in the app, never returned by our API, and never appear in the admin panel or in logs.
No. Your queries and Odoo data are never used to train models. We process each query with Anthropic Claude under their no-training policy. Anthropic retains content for up to 30 days for abuse detection only.
Where it runs. Aski's backend and database are hosted on Railway (United States). Language processing is done by Anthropic — Claude — also in the United States. We do not use your data to train anything.
Your ERP stays where it is. Aski does not copy or replicate your database. Each query goes from our server directly to your instance URL over HTTPS and brings back only the records for that question. If your Odoo is on-premise, it stays on-premise; Odoo S.A. takes no part in that flow.
Exactly what the AI model sees. Your question, the model and field names of your schema, and an excerpt of the records that query returned: up to 20 rows per answer, or up to 80 per query in Deep analysis. That excerpt can indeed contain real business data, because it is what the model needs to write the answer — we would rather tell you plainly. What never leaves is your full database or your credentials.
Aski never sees more than your user sees. The connection uses the credentials you authorize and respects that user's permissions and record rules in Odoo. If that user cannot see costs, margins or another company's data, neither can Aski.
You stay in control. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. You can delete a connection or your whole account from the app — account deletion is immediate and removes credentials, chat history and learned vocabulary. And to cut off access at any time you don't depend on us: deactivate that API Key in your own Odoo and it's over.
Yes, anytime from the app, from app.aski.dev or from your Google Play account. No lock-in or penalty. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
From the app: Settings → "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and removes your chat history, Odoo credentials, and learned vocabulary. Billing history is kept for 5 years for tax compliance in Peru (SUNAT), with no personally identifying data.
Yes. A single Aski account can connect to as many Odoo instances as you need (the only one with a cap is Basic, with one; the rest have no limit). Useful if you manage several clients or your own company with multiple subsidiaries.
Your plan doesn't cut off: you can buy additional query packs from inside the app (no extra subscription). You can also upgrade plan anytime — the change applies immediately. Unused queries don't roll over to the next month.
No. Aski needs an internet connection to query your Odoo in real time and process your question with AI. When you're back online, your full chat history is still there.
Aski speaks English and Spanish natively. You can switch the app language at any time from Settings — the change is instant and doesn't require a reinstall.
