Aski needs four details from your system. These guides show where each one comes from, with screenshots, for Odoo and for SAP.
For reference: it gives you an idea of how far it goes. What your own installation answers depends on the modules you have enabled and on your user's permissions.
What you can do with an answer, once you have it.
Scheduled alerts. Instead of you going in to ask, Aski tells you: a daily summary, the end-of-day close, watchers that speak up only when a figure crosses the threshold you set, reminders and reports emailed to whoever you choose. They are created from the app or from the web, and are available from the Pro plan onwards. The quickest way: “Create an alert” under your latest answer (or in the details of any other) repeats that same query every day, at the time you pick.
Take the answer with you. Any answer downloads as Excel —with the field names from your own ERP, not the technical ones, and with every record, not just the ones you see in the chat—, as PDF, Word or PowerPoint, or goes out by email with the file already attached. You can also generate a read-only link for someone with no account: they will see that answer and nothing else, it expires on its own, and you can cut it whenever you want from Settings.
Skills. “Save” turns an answer into a skill: it stays in the side menu with the name you give it, and you rerun it with one tap, with that moment's data. Before running it you see how many credits it costs.
Answers over everything, not a sample. Totals, rankings and aging buckets are computed over all your records, and a customer or product is found even if you type it in another order or without accents.
Where the figure comes from. Every number carries the query that produced it, explained in plain language, and "view the detail" opens the records behind it, one by one. When there is a trend or a ranking, the chart sits inside the answer itself.
On your home screen. The phone widget shows up to four figures from the company you pick, without opening the app. Available on every plan.
