Terms and Conditions of Use — Aski

By downloading, installing or using Aski (the "Application"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Service description

Aski is a mobile application that lets you query your ERP system —Odoo, SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One— using natural language. Where these Terms mention "Odoo", the same applies to your SAP connection. The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis with different plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise for Odoo; Business One and S/4HANA for SAP) and additional credit packs.

2. User account

To use Aski you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing truthful information and keeping it up to date.

Aski reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that we detect as fraudulent, automated or with malicious intent.

3. Acceptable use

By using Aski you agree to:

• Not attempt to evade, modify or disable the Application's security mechanisms.
• Not use Aski to access third-party data without their authorization.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
• Not automate the submission of queries via external bots or scripts.
• Not use the service for illegal, abusive or offensive activities, or activities that violate third-party intellectual property rights.

Aski monitors usage patterns to detect abuse. Attempts at SQL injection, prompt injection or unauthorized access to data are recorded in audit logs and may result in immediate suspension of the account.

4. Subscriptions and credits

4.1 Plans

Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis —monthly or annually— depending on the chosen plan. In the Android app, billing is handled via Google Play Billing; on the web (app.aski.dev) via Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Each plan includes an estimated number of queries based on average consumption. Actual consumption depends on the complexity of each query (tokens used by the AI model).

4.2 Credits

If your plan runs out before the end of the period, you can purchase additional credit packs. Credits purchased as packs (burst packs) are valid for 12 months from purchase; credits granted as part of your subscription renew at the start of each period and do not carry over upon renewal.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time: in-app purchases from your Google Play account; web purchases from the management link on your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and, as a general rule, there are no partial refunds for unused days. 4.4 Price changes

We reserve the right to modify the prices of plans and packs with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes apply to future renewals, not to periods already paid for.

5. ERP compatibility

5.1 Odoo

Aski is compatible with Odoo versions 14 to 19 (Community, Enterprise, OCA and Odoo.sh). You are responsible for:

• Having an Odoo instance accessible via HTTPS from the internet.
• Providing valid credentials (API Key, Odoo 14+).
• Ensuring that the Odoo user you configure has the appropriate permissions for the data you wish to query.

Aski does not guarantee compatibility with third-party custom modules that modify Odoo's standard schema. In those cases, some queries may not work correctly.

5.2 SAP (S/4HANA and Business One)

Aski is compatible with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One, connecting through their standard APIs (OData / Service Layer). You are responsible for:

• Having a SAP endpoint accessible via HTTPS from the internet (directly or through a secure gateway/proxy).
• Providing valid credentials for a service user with access to the services and entities you wish to query.
• Ensuring that user has the appropriate permissions and authorizations for the data you wish to query.

Aski discovers your instance live and understands custom fields (Business One UDFs, S/4HANA «YY1_» key-user extensions). It does not guarantee compatibility with configurations or extensions that alter the APIs in a non-standard way; in those cases, some queries may not work correctly. As with Odoo, Aski operates in read-only mode.

6. Nature of the responses

Aski uses artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude) to translate your questions into XML-RPC queries against your Odoo and then narrate the response. Although we make efforts to ensure accuracy:

• The responses may contain interpretation or calculation errors.
• You should not make critical business decisions based solely on an Aski response without verifying it.
• Aski operates in read-only mode by design: it does not modify, create or delete records in your Odoo.

7. Third-party independence

Aski is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by or endorsed by Odoo S.A., SAP SE, OCA, Anthropic PBC, Google LLC, Railway Corp. or any other entity. Mentions of these brands are solely to describe technical interoperability. Odoo® is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A.; SAP®, SAP S/4HANA® and SAP Business One® are registered trademarks of SAP SE. They are used in a strictly descriptive manner.

8. Limitation of liability

Aski is provided "as is", without explicit or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jhon Jairo Rojas Ortiz shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue or business opportunities arising from the use of the Application.
• Decisions made based on Aski responses.
• Service interruptions caused by third parties (Anthropic, Google Play, Railway, your Odoo instance).
• Indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages.

The total accumulated liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Aski in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Aski (source code, design, brand, website content) belong to Jhon Jairo Rojas Ortiz. Use of the Application under these Terms does not grant you any rights over the intellectual property beyond the authorized personal/business use.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, in applicable law or in our practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you through a notice within the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue using Aski after the effective date, you accept the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Aski at any time by deleting your account from Settings → "Delete my account". Aski may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Clauses that by their nature must survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from the use of Aski will be resolved before the competent courts of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights that applicable law grants to users in other jurisdictions.
