Reelo Terms of Use

1. What Reelo is

Reelo is an app that downloads content published on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to your phone's gallery. It is developed by Jhon Jairo Rojas Ortiz (Peru). By installing and using it, you accept these terms.

2. What you may use it for

Reelo is a tool for saving your own content or content you have permission to save from the rights holder. Do not use it to redistribute someone else's material, to claim content that is not yours, or to bypass access restrictions.

You are responsible for what you download and for what you do with it afterwards. Downloading or sharing protected material without authorization may infringe copyright law and each platform's terms of service.

3. Relationship with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

Reelo is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms or ByteDance. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the app works with.

Those platforms may change how they work at any time and break part of Reelo, temporarily or permanently. Reasonable effort is made to keep it working, but no guarantee is given that any particular link will always succeed.

4. Your Instagram account

Connecting your account is optional and is what lets you see your stories and saved posts. The session is stored on your phone only, as explained in the privacy policy. Automating actions on your own account may have consequences on Instagram's side (temporary rate limits, for example); Reelo spaces out its requests to reduce that risk, but cannot eliminate it.

5. Reelo Pro

Reelo Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it does not renew and is not charged again.
It removes ads, enables batch downloads and unlocks the maximum available quality.
The purchase is processed through Google Play and tied to your Google account. You can restore it on another device from within the app.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies. If something does not work as described, write to the address in section 8 first — it is usually sorted out.

6. Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. They are not shown when opening the app and never interrupt a download in progress: they appear once it finishes, at a limited frequency.

7. No warranties and limitation of liability

Reelo is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that it is free of errors or that it will run without interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer legislation of your country.
